The short version: if you give us your email, we use it to tell you about Toss. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else.

What we collect

Only what the form on our site sends us:

• Your email address, because there is no way to get back to you without it.
• The country your request came from, worked out from your connection. We use it to understand where interest is coming from.
• The date and time you submitted the form.

That is the whole record for the form: no IP address, no browser details, no referrer. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not build a profile of you. If we ever add something that measures how the site is used, it will be the privacy-respecting kind and this page will say so.

What we use it for

To contact you about Toss: how to get started, what has changed, and when something is ready for you to try. That is the only reason we hold it.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

A small number of service providers handle it on our behalf, to run this site, store the record, and send our email. They act on our instructions only and cannot use your address for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we are clearly no longer going to contact you about Toss. Ask and it goes.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the UK, EU, or somewhere with similar law, you also have the right to object to us holding it and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Our lawful basis for holding your address is legitimate interest: you asked us to get in touch about a product, and contacting you is what you asked for. You can withdraw at any time and we will delete the record.

One email is enough, and there is nothing to fill in: hello@addtoss.com. We will action it within 30 days and normally much sooner.

Cookies

We do not use cookies to track you or to advertise to you. The form checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script, which may leave a short-lived token in your browser for that purpose alone.

Changes

We update this page as the product and the way we run it change. The date at the top always reflects the current version, so it is worth a look if you want to know where things stand.
